Sara Caroline Brinson died unexpectedly of sudden cardiac dysrhythmia on April 9, 2007 at just 18 years old.

She will always be out precious daughter, sister, niece, cousin, granddaughter, friend, student, peer, leader and member of Heritage Hall Class of 2007. She was a gifted athlete and extraordinary scholar. She planned to join her brother, Scott, at Oklahoma State University to major in medical technology.

 

It is her family's hope that Sara's zest for life and dedication to the pursuit of knowledge will continue through cardiac arrythmia research and treatment conducted by physician-scientist Sunny Po, M.D., Ph.D., at OU Medicine's Heart Rythym Institute.
